At Wild Release Sanctuaries, our mission is to provide a safe haven for injured and orphaned wildlife. We are dedicated to rehabilitation and conservation, ensuring that every animal gets a second chance at life.

This includes habitat remediation work, bio diverse planting of native species of plants and the eradication of invasive plants or animals from the wild release sanctuaries land areas.

When the opportunities arise to be able to purchase land bordering national parks we attempt to secure the land purchase of these parcels of land when they become available. This helps to add a extra green belt onto the national park and can increase the opportunity for wider safe roaming of animals.

We are not a charity like so many other wildlife organizations are. 

We raise money ourselves through sausage sizzles, our merchandise as well as our key partner businesses that share our vision and goals to leave the planet in a better condition than the one we were given.

Our natural environment should not be a charity case or a beggar of funds (in our view) - it should be sacred and cherished, held in high regard and valued for all and by all. 

With this belief we made a conscious choice not to start as or become a charity. Instead, to use our business skills and that of like minded folk to fight for the environment in the business arena.

It is far easier to buy land to protect with solid financials that are not based on good intentions and hopes.

All native animals are welcome to be re-homed, released or located on land that we control once they are healthy enough to be set free on the land.

As our name says we believe that all animals should be set free to live their lives with all of the normal challenges and opportunities that a normal wild existence holds for them.

We choose not to use our rescued animals to display as a zoo.

We want all of our animals to be oblivious to people and it would make us happiest if the animals were the ones with the choice to interact with us or to not interact with us once released.
